March 30: I am grateful for Mother Nature’s sense of humor and creativity. Case in point is this big splat of bird poop. I found it on the nature walk I took earlier this week, the walk with the Labyrinth on it. I see an awkward looking bird with a big forehead and beady little eyes weighing down the little stick of a branch it’s sitting on.
I shared this photo with a small group of online friends and they’ve come back with their own interpretation.

I can’t help but laugh at the enjoyment this bird poop created. Just think, if I hadn’t been paying attention I would’ve missed it and the opportunity to have a little fun with my friends. That’s reason enough to stay off your cell phone when walking.
